Heh... isn't that great? All those zeros and twos...

I turned 33 today. That's a three and an eleven. Last year it was five twos. But I'm getting silly.

Yesterday, I wrote about five birthday cards I got in the mail. One of them, I wrote, had been given to me by Melvin's nephew.

In truth, Rob, the fellow who fathered my sister's unborn child, sent the card. Apologies go out to Rob for my gaff. I didn't figure out that the envelope was postmarked in North Carolina, and that my sister had written part of the address.

We did go to la Madeleine for dinner. The one we went to has a nice waterfall powering a mill inside the restaurant. So pleasantly unusual! I ate the Ravioli au Chèvre, while Melvin had his usual Chicken Pesto Pasta.
